Abstract

A four-element millimeter wave (mmWave) array with asymmetrical beam patterns is designed. The array consists of two dual polarized ME dipole antenna and two single polarized ME dipole antenna. The transmitting array consists of four elements, receiving array consists of two elements and polarization direction is perpendicular to the transmitting. The S-parameters and transmitting beam scanning radiation pattern were measured and impedance bandwidth of array can cover 5G mmWave band (24.25-27.5 GHz). The maximum gain of transmitting array and receiving array are 13.2 dBi and 8.9 dBi.
