Abstract

We have analyzed the magnetic interactions in Mn-site doped Nd0.67Sr0.33MnO3 system with Ru and Ni doping. The polycrystalline samples are prepared through conventional solid-state reaction route. The room temperature XRD patterns are recorded and analyzed using Rietveld refinement technique to confirm the single phase formation of the samples. The magnetization versus temperature graphs reveal the Curie temperature (TC) for all the samples. The paramagnetic region is fitted using Curie-Weiss model and significant parameters are calculated. Magnetization versus applied field graphs are plotted at room temperature and at 5K to determine the change in magnetic moment of the samples with respect to substitution.
