Abstract

The magnetization properties of polycrystalline pure Fe specimens with different grain sizes are presented. The normal magnetization curve, differential permeability along minor loops and hysteresis loss were measured in the induction range 10 −5−1 T. Nonlinear low-field behavior is found and brieftly discussed in relation to modifications of the standard Rayleigh law framework.
