Abstract

The magnetic activities of the National University of Mexico last year included only that at the Teoloyucan Magnetic Observatory and some computational work, because the funds available to the University did not permit any field‐work. The program of secular‐variation observations is now being conducted. One of our observers left for Guaymas and Mazatlan March 13, 1939, to reoccupy the magnetic stations there. It is hoped that by next fall observations will be obtained at Tampico and Monterrey.
