Abstract

Objective To study the value of magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging DWI and dynamic contrast-enhanced scan in the diagnosis of patients with prostate cancer. Methods 40 patients diagnosed with prostate cancer were selected from our hospital as study objects. All the patients underwent diffusion weighted magnetic resonance imaging DWI and dynamic contrast-enhanced scanning. The results were compared with pathological results. Its clinical effect was analyed. Results The patients ADC was (0.81 ± 0.09).The maximum enhancement rate was (138.98 ± 36.34).The 1 minutes enhancement rate was (132.87 ± 35.35).The 2 minutes enhancement rate was (133.09 ± 41.21).The outflow fraction was (17.72 ± 7.88).There was no statistical difference in diagnosing prostate cancer between these 2 methods(P > 0.05).Conclusions Magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging DWI and dynamic contrast-enhanced scan in the diagnosis of patients with prostate cancer is effective. Its diagnostic value is as much the same as pathological diagnosis'.It should be clinically generalized. Key words: Prostate cancer; Magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging DWI; Dynamic contrast-enhanced scan
