Abstract
Magnetic properties of Dy-ion implanted Ni films were investigated by X-band ferromagnetic resonance measurements. Additional resonance peaks occur at higher fields with an increasing dose. This leads to the idea of a multilayer structure with a Dy-Ni alloy layer affecting the internal stress of adjacent Ni layers.
