Abstract
The results of magnetic measurements performed on Pr2Fe14−x−yCoxAlyB and Nd2Fe14−x−yCoxAlyB alloys having x⩽7 and y ⩽0.7 are reported. In addition to cobalt, the small aluminium content leads to materials having high Curie temperatures and anisotropy fields. The magnetic properties of the above systems are analysed in correlation with the crystal structure.
