Abstract
Abstract We report magnetic susceptibility and EPR measurements in single crystals of Cd 1−x Mn x Te as a function of concentration and temperature. The data define a critical concentration x c ⋍ 0.15, such that, for x > x c , the magnetic properties are explained as due to the contribution of Mn clusters of difference sizes.
