Abstract

Magnetic phase diagrams of the Fe(Pd 1− x Au x ) 3, (Fe 1− x Mn x )Pd 3, Fe(Pd 1− x Pt x ) 3 and (Fe 1− x Mn x )Pt alloys with competing exchange interactions between magnetic atoms are discussed in terms of a phenomenological theory of phase transitions with related order parameters. The peculiarities of the ferro-antiferromagnetic transition are connected with the magnetoelastic interaction and with a change in sign of the exchange integral between magnetic atoms.
