Abstract
Nonequilibrium behavior of nuclear spin system with dipolar interaction in parallel pumping magnetic field is investigated. Particularly, the parametrical resonance is considered and instability thresholds are calculated for various detuning ranges. The highly polarized paramagnetic phase of nuclear spins is examined.
