Abstract

The effect of high magnetic fields (up to 18.4T) on germanium, platinum and carbon resistance thermometers and SrTiO3 capacitive thermometers has been investigated in the temperature range from 2-87K. Figures are presented which allow a crude estimate of the real temperature if these thermometers are read under high-field conditions.
