Abstract

Measurement on the resistive transition of YBa 2Cu 3O 7 and Bi 2Sr 2CaCu 2O 8 single crystals have been performed at various temperatures with magnetic fields rotating from the c-axis to the ab-plane. The results are discussed in terms of flux-flow with the anisotropy of the upper critical field. Deviations from the theory are found for field directions close to the ab-plane where extra pinning occurs. For YBa 2Cu 3O 7, a resistivity anomaly is observed for the field along the c-axis at lower temperatures.
