Abstract

Magnetic field effects on a Kagome dot superlattice are studied. The Hofstadter butterfly has wide gap structures where a wide quantized Hall plateau should be observable in experiments. A magnetic-field-induced ferromagnetic–paramagnetic transition and a metal–insulator one are predicted. All of these magnetic field effects should be observable in small magnetic fields (of the order of 0.1 T ).
