Abstract

An expression for the chemically induced dynamic electron polarization (CIDEP) in geminate radical pair recombinations is obtained within the recently proposed correct sudden approximation. This expression is valid for both low and high viscosities and reduces the problem to simple matrix operations. In the (ST o) approximation a simple analytical formula for the CIDEP is deduced which accurately reproduces the results of numerical calculations.
