Abstract

We have studied the temperature dependence of the linear resistivity rho(L) under several magnetic fields for YBa2Cu3O7 (24 Angstrom)/PrBa2Cu3O7 (96 Angstrom) multilayers. From a thermally activated flux flow model, the H dependence of an activation energy U seems to show the power-law behaviour above 2 T, while the scaling behaviour of rho(L) suggests the existence of a quasi-two-dimensional vortex-glass transition. These phenomena may be attributed to the existence of the coupling between YBa2Cu3O7 layers in this multilayers.
