Abstract

Magnetic correlation and excitation of Fe 65 (Ni 1− x Mn x ) 35 , Cu 2 (Mn 1− x Ti x )Al and Ni 1− x Mn x alloys have been investigated by neutron scattering experiments. The magnetic correlation length and its temperature variation differ considerably among these materials. We point out that the static and dynamic characters of concentrated metallic spin-glasses are closely related to the itinerant character of magnetic electrons.
