Abstract
Layered compounds pillared by insertion of inorganic oligomer species can play an important role in catalytic reactions due to the presence of acid sites in micro- and mesopores with high surface area and reproducible properties. In this article we present the preliminary magnetic characterisation of family mixed FeCr oxide pillared α-zirconium phosphate materials. Systematic measurements have been performed on a pilar with a low Fe Cr ratio ( 20 80 ) doped with Li + with loading from 0% to 100% of the cationic exchange capacity, although all compounds show similar magnetic behaviour, slight and interesting differences are observed across the series.
