Abstract
1H and 27Al MAS NMR techniques are used to study the dealumination process caused by hydrothermal treatment and acid leaching of the zeolites H-Y, H-mordenite, and H-ZSM-5. Concentrations could be determined for the SiOH, AlOH and bridging OH groups, four-coordinated framework Al, four-coordinated non-framework Al, and six-coordinated non-framework Al.
