Abstract

Cover: Elastic properties significantly depend on the molar volume. To obtain reproducible results they must be computed for a series of “stable” glassy configurations for which the potential energy is minimized according to the mass weighted coordinates and to the molar volume. These conditions reduce the disparity found between experiment and simulation. Further details can be found in the article by N. Metatla and A. Soldera* on page 266.
