Abstract
Cover: Composite design is a complex task because the desired effects of a component or a processing step may be accompanied by side effects. Monitoring the nanostructure under service conditions may accelerate the design by guiding the focus of the designer. The front cover illustrates nanostructure evolution mechanisms during slow load-cycling of oriented HDPE/PA microfibrillar blends studied as a function of composition.
