Abstract
Front Cover: Unprotected glycopolymers synthesized via RAFT polymerization are employed to stabilize gold nanoparticles by thiol chemistry through Au–S bonds. The recognition behavior of the resulting glyco-nanoparticles is assessed by studying the shift in the plasmon band with the addition of Concanavalin A (Con A). The low dissociation constant obtained indicates a strong affinity toward Con A caused by multivalent binding. Further details can be found in the article by M. Álvarez-Paino, V. Bordegé, R. Cuervo-Rodríguez, A. Muñoz-Bonilla,* and M. Fernández-García* on page 1915.
