Abstract

The kinetics of coagulation of disperse-phase particles in a glow discharge space were simulated, taking into consideration the generation processes of primary particles and their withdrawal via noncoagulation mechanisms. The size distribution functions of macroparticles were obtained for various conditions of plasma polymerization and for various discharge durations. The form of an integrodifferential rate equation of coagulation, which takes into account the processes of formation of cluster or fractal complexes, is considered.
