Abstract

Nowadays, society is increasingly asking questions about the conduct of macroeconomic policy in developing countries. But what is the scope for macroeconomic management in developing countries? Should international financial institutions that assist developing countries rely heavily on it? The object of this paper is to analyze this issue, which have an important implication for macroeconomics in terms of theory and policy. Although, to achieve this response, it is important to analyze the structure of the economy of developing countries, their characteristic features and assessment of the level of economic development. Moreover, it is important to consider the differences in macroeconomic objectives and examines why the range and reach of macroeconomic policies is different in developing economies as compared with industrialized economies .and, of course, to make an overview of research on proposed macroeconomic policies for developing countries.
