Abstract
The author explains the reasons for the success of his previously published in 2011, the forecast deterioration in global market conditions in 2014. On the basis of statistical data, covering the period up to one and a half centuries, he shows close ties of the solar cycles and economic activity. The author explains the mechanisms to identify their relations on the basis of the achievements of modern heliobiology. In the article was developed another forecast of deterioration in the world economic situation 2023-2024's.
