Abstract
This article is investigating macro- and microscopic anatomy peculiarities of the thymus in children and elderly people. The thymus structures and anatomical parameters studied in children of early childhood and elderly people. Anatomical methods (preparation and measurement) and histological methods (hemotoxylin-eosin staining, van-Gizon staining) have been used. The dynamics of cell populations in a unit of the conditional area of the cortical substance of the thymus lobes in children of early childhood in the city of Kara- Balta, medium, and small lymphocytes are increased. The vascular wall in some cases is thickened and sclerosed. The dynamics of cell populations in a unit of the conditional area of the cortical substance of the thymus lobes in children of early childhood in the city of Cholpon-Ata noted that lymphoblasts and small lymphocytes found in greater numbers, as well as Hassall bodies and macrophages in larger numbers.
