Abstract
Perilesional edema (PLE) associated with brain metastases (BMs) has been related to high morbidity and mortality in advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients. Scarce evidence exists about the predictive usefulness of PLE and local therapy. This study aimed to evaluate the extent of PLE and BMs size as predictive and prognostic factors to local treatment.
