Abstract

Eosinophilic sialodochitis (ES) is a rare allergic disorder which presents as recurrent facial swelling, pain and induration in patients with a predisposition to atopy. Previously, treatment of ES included antihistamines, systemic steroids, mucolytic agents and surgical intervention (with possible facial nerve injury). In this case report, we describe the first successful treatment of ES in an adolescent female with dupilumab.
