Abstract

Recent guidelines recommend early Introduction of peanut between 4 to 12 months of age with the aim to prevent allergic disease in high-risk infants. We report two cases of early Introduction and initial tolerance to peanut, who subsequently developed peanut allergy, despite regular peanut consumption.
