Abstract

Primary immunodeficiency disorders (PID) may present with variable clinical manifestations, including susceptibility to infections, autoimmunity or lymphoproliferation. We report a 9-year-old girl with a gain of function (GOF) mutation in PIK3CD, who initially manifested with symptoms resembling primary ciliary dyskinesia (PCD).
