Abstract
Helicobacter pylori (Hp), considered as a common pathogen in gastric diseases. Complete eradication of Hp is not yet confirmed by any treatment methods. Nature, a reliable tool utilised by Asian traditional medical system posses a remarkable achievements in curing the patients with ulcer and stomach ailments. Foresaid is achieved by extracts of Solanum nigrum and Cinnamomum verum powder extracts. Studies of the above mentioned herb and spice are not yet documented scientifically, there documented reports on Hp susceptible to spices. In view of this, the present study has been initiated to prove the antibacterial effect of S. nigrum and C. verum.
