Abstract

Wiskott-Aldrich Syndrome (WAS) is an X-linked condition caused by defects in the WAS gene, characterized by thrombocytopenia, eczema, and immunodeficiency. Patients can exhibit a range of clinical phenotypes, including a milder form of disease, X-linked Thrombocytopenia (XLT).
