Abstract

Delayed hypersensitivity reactions to pollens are not commonly reported. Skin prick testing to environmental allergens may sometimes give rise to late-phase reactions, however clinical correlation is not always evident. This report describes a case of delayed positive skin prick testing to pollens, correlating to her clinical symptoms.
