Abstract
The designed [M(OH)2]3(IO3)(SeO4)·H2O (M = Ga and In) feature∞[MO2(OH)2]3−layers composed of M3O6(OH)9trimeric units capped by SeO4and IO3groups from different sides of the layers. They exhibit moderate SHG effects and large LIDT values.
