Abstract
This paper first analyses the problems Chinese enterprises facing on their archives management and the reasons causing these problems. Then, it puts forward the idea of M/M/M/AMIS that can reinforce the service function of archives management system and the relations among parent company and its subsidiaries. At last, it discusses the architecture and the application characters of M/M/M/AMIS.
