Abstract

The paper proposes a new approach for solving the problem of determining the optimal estimation model of the elastic linkage element in multi-motor automatic driving systems using the real interpolation method (RIM). Algorithms and programs based on the RIM have been built for a two-motor electromechanical driving model to approximate the original transfer function that describes the elastic linkage element containing inertialand transcendent components by the transfer function in a rational fraction form. Besides,providing a specific function form, the program also calculates estimation errors for different approximate transfer functions, thereby allowing to determine the structure and parameters of the optimal estimation model.
