Abstract
An M-resolved microwave double resonance experiment on methanol is described. Relative signal intensities and M-selection rules in pure CH 3OH are consistent with a dipole—dipole collisional interaction, while those for CH 3OHHe and CH 3OHH 2 mixtures indicate more complex interactions.
