Abstract In “Lymphocyte Activation by the Tumor-Promoting Agent 12-O-Tetradecanoylphorbol-13-Acetate (TPA)” by Jochen Abb, Gary J. Bayliss, and Friedrich Deinhardt in the May 1979 issue of the Journal of Immunology, Volume 122, No. 5, page 1639, the authors learned that similar studies had been reported previously by other investigators listed below: Estensen, R.
