Lymphatic drainage abnormalities in a child presenting as an unilateral vulvar swelling: a case of ‘Bicyclist's vulva’

Abstract

The diagnosis of chronic vulvar swelling in children can be challenging and it may be difficult to conduct additional tests in this young population. We report a rare case of chronic unilateral vulvar lymphedema in a young cyclist, known as the "bicyclist's vulva", documented by a lower limb lymphoscintigraphy.
