Abstract

This chapter presents the analysis of luxury supply; its geographical and product structure as well as its global production and sales dynamics. Business models, their connection with the capital-ownership system and the evolution of competitive strategies were also discussed. The starting point for a detailed luxury businesses models evolution is so called DNA of luxury strategy. It is shown here to what the extent modern business strategies adhere or divert from these principles. The chapter’s summary attempts to determine the future directions of development of enterprises creating the supply of luxury.
