Abstract
Sprague Dawley種の幼若メスラット (生後21日) に1回1.5国際単位のHMGを1日2回2日注射して排卵を起させ, その後5日目から0.5, 1, 3, 5, 7および10国際単位のプロラクチン (PL) を4日間注射した.その結果PL投与量を増すと黄体重量は減少し, その間にはy=0.568-0.0l1xなる一次方程式の関係が認められた.排卵後の黄体が24時間以上PLにexposeされない期間が続くと, PLの持つluteotrophicな作用に対する感受性を失い投与したPLがluteolyticに働くものと考えられる.
