Abstract

Luteal phase support with progesterone is associated with improved pregnancy rates in controlled ovarian stimulation (COS) cycles using gonadotropins, but not in cycles using clomiphene citrate (1). In COS cycles using letrozole, there are limited data to support its use. Our objective was to determine whether luteal phase progesterone in letrozole COS cycles improves clinical pregnancy rate (CPR).
