Abstract

Poor responders present one of the major challenges in assisted reproductive technology. Despite numerous protocols devised to achieve optimal stimulation, these patients face high risk of cycle cancellation and implantation failure. Our aim was to assess the efficacy of a novel protocol introducing estradiol (E2) patches and GnRH-antagonist in the luteal phase of the preceding menstrual cycle followed by high dose follicular phase gonadotropin stimulation.
