Some items previously omitted have been included here. Relevant online academic search resources have been used, namely the Copac® library catalogue, WorldCat® and the ProQuest Dissertations and Theses Database and for consultation, the British Library EThOS, for all theses produced by UK Higher Education. The Copac® library catalogue contains the merged online catalogues of major University, Specialist, and National Libraries in the UK and Ireland, including the British Library.
