Some items previously omitted have been included here. Relevant online academic search resources have been used, namely the Copac® library catalogue, WorldCat Dissertations and Theses (OCLC), WorldCat (OCLC) and the ProQuest Digital Dissertations database, the world’s most comprehensive collection of dissertations and theses. The Copac® library catalogue contains the merged online catalogues of major University, Specialist, and National Libraries in the UK and Ireland, including the British Library. ABIL (Association of Portuguese and Irish Lusitanists) list members are also thanked for their contribution.
