Abstract

The investigation of the CsBr–Sn ( C Sn = 0.1 and 1 mol% in the melt), Cs 4 SnBr 6 , CsSnBr 3 crystalline samples were performed using the CL methods and SEM. The effect of the Sn 2 + single centers aggregation with the formation of the CsSnBr 3 impurity crystalline phase and also the decay of the Cs 4 SnBr 6 crystalline phase on the CsBr and CsSnBr 3 phases was revealed.
