Abstract

One of the promising trends in optics is the search of polymers possessing luminescent and electroluminescent properties[1–3]. Research in this field is both of fundamental and practical value as it gives the possibility to produce active environments of reconstructed lasers, optical sensor controls, limiters of optical radiation, various screens and information indicators on the flexible polymeric basis. Luminescent materials along with luminescent activity should possess sufficient stability. The important point is that phosphor groups should be a component of the polymeric matrix.
