Abstract

Due to the influence of several subjective and objective factors in the experimental environment of two-photon microscopy, the obtained two-photon microscopy images contained a small amount of visual brightness and image signal transmission. To solve the problem of low visibility of key information in imaging, two-photon microscopic images of lowlight ovarian tissue cells were studied in this paper. And to enhance the imaging brightness of low-light ovarian tissue cells, a nonlinear function enhancement method with the local optimization enhancement method based on accurate exposure ratio map was proposed. Experiments showed that our method could achieve better image enhancement effect for two-photon microscopic images of ovarian tissue cells with complex background and severe noise than several state-of-the-art methods.
