Abstract
W artykule podjęta została próba opisania transformacji polskiego literaturoznawstwa teoretycznego po 1989 roku. Autor wskazuje na kilka istotnych elementów, które decydowały o jej specyfice. Pisze o różnicy pomiędzy przełomem (anty)strukturalistycznym a dwoma wcześniejszymi przesileniami: antypozytywistycznym i antymarksistowskim, o znaczeniu braku sporu o strukturalizm w latach 90. i przyczynach jego „zniknięcia”, a także o roli, jaką odegrała w tym procesie recepcja francusko-amerykańskiego poststrukturalizmu, recepcja swoista, gdyż obciążona czymś, co autor nazywa luką krytyczną, przyjęła formę teoretyczno-metodologicznego „spektaklu”, odgrywanego do dziś.
