Abstract
The lubricant susceptibility of two direct compression excipients, Avicel PH-200 and Cellactose, was determined using a model mix with metamizol sodium (dipyrone) and designed experiments to obtain a quantitative relationship by multiple regression. As a result, a new constant called specific lubricant sensibility Ls, is proposed for the comparison of lubricant susceptibility in other drug-excipient systems.
