Abstract

The non-isothermal drawing test in SGMF of the ordinary commercial AZ31B sheet metal was conducted to research the influence of lubricating condition on the drawing performance. And the experimental results have demonstrated that the lubricating condition has a great effect on the sheet drawability, furthermore, the work-piece with LDR of 2.4 was successfully produced when the water-based molybdenum disulfide with appropriate proportion was employed as lubricant, wherein the conditions were set as temperatures of the sheet metal and the granule medium respectively 290~310°C and 150~190°C, the blank holder gap 1.3mm and the drawing speed 1mm/s.
